Rent is $1,050/month + utilities (tenant is responsible for internet, gas, and electricity). There is no A/C on-premises due to proximity to the ocean. However, we do have heating for the colder winter months.

We are looking to rent a private room with a shared bathroom on a month-to-month lease agreement. This lease includes a parking pass, and you will also receive a pool pass.
