RENTAL APPLICATION SCREENING CRITERIA
To qualify, the household’s total gross monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rent. We conduct criminal and eviction background checks, as well as rental history verification with the applicant’s current landlord. Applicants are required to provide proof of income for the past three months, along with proof of rent payments for the same period. A minimum credit score of 680 is required for most properties, although some properties may have higher credit score requirements depending on the owner’s criteria. Each adult aged 18 or older must submit a separate application and pay a non-refundable application fee of $45.
